New law calls for documentation for disabled parking passes -
Under a new state law, 1.36 million Floridians who use blue permanent disabled parking permits will have to provide documentation of their disabilities each time they renew those permits.
1., requires drivers to provide a certificate of disability signed by a certifying authority, usually a physician, within the past 12 months in order to renew their permits.
